American Wagyu are black angus cows crossed with a pure Japanese wagyu bull. They are pasture raised and finished on a combination of cotton seed and corn sourced at our local gin.

Cut from the chuck region, this tender steak is similar to tenderloin but less expensive.

These are stellar! Steaks are individually wrapped and typically run about a pound per steak.
The American wagyu ground beef is richer and more buttery than our regular Angus.
Perfect for the grill. Unfortunately once you try these you'll never want to go back to the angus.
